王重马,19904月,男,安徽合肥人,博士研究生,讲师。主要承担电子信息工程系《通信电路与系统》和《SOPC技术》授课。

研究方向:

1)多物理场耦合:基于ANSYS等有限元仿真软件分析电---流体等单物理场或多物理场的耦合特性。

2)功率器件可靠性分析:大功率晶闸管、IGBTGaN等器件的结温,缓冲回路过压及外部特性分析。

3)电力电子控制:多并联器件的控制,如模块化多电平变流器的电气参数计算、故障分析、均压算法设计、充电控制等。

4)电气设备智能监测:数据采集、传输、分析及预测,并给出运维指导。
